  Xue Feng, PhD

  Founder & CEO

  Dr. Feng founded Carina AI to bring AI-native tools into clinical research without compromising patient-data safety. He received his PhD from the University of Virginia, where his work on AI-based organ segmentation laid the foundation for INTContour. His research has yielded 6 granted US patents, 80+ peer-reviewed publications, multiple first-place finishes in international medical imaging challenges (AAPM, MICCAI), and over $3M in NIH SBIR funding.

  Quan Chen, PhD

  Chief Medical Officer

  Dr. Chen leads clinical validation and regulatory strategy at Carina AI. He is a board-certified medical physicist with extensive experience in radiation therapy and clinical AI deployment. His research spans auto-segmentation quality assurance, dose calculation, and AI clinical implementation, with numerous co-authored publications and patents alongside Dr. Feng.
